It all Started 27 years ago at
the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in NYC in 1997

Growing up in the Bronx, I faced bullying, family struggles, and financial hardships. Perseverance helped me push through adversity, turning obstacles into opportunities. It’s not just enduring challenges—it’s about using them to fuel personal growth and success.
As a naval officer, I learned that perspective shapes everything. In high-pressure situations, viewing obstacles as challenges to overcome kept me focused. By shifting my mindset, I turned tough moments into growth opportunities that made me a stronger leader.
